VIG Training Model

VIG’s trainers came up with a model that can help us define your needs and analyze them in order to create a unique solution. The solution in one of our training programs, however, there is no one programs fits all!!

That’s why, our model is as follows:

• Every individual or organization has a past, present and future goals.

Our trainers and consultants work hand in hand in order to analyze your past achievements. Then, they understand your current status and try to connect and fill the gaps. Finally, they identify your priorities and future goals. A key part of this process is visualization, because without visualizing your goals, the process becomes a bit harder.
