Course Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation of the course enrolled for is possible; strictly under the following conditions:
a. If the Student/Learner enrolls for the course and completes the admission formalities, but withdraws 7 days before the date of program commencement, 100% of the course fee is refundable
b. If the Student/Learner withdraws within two weeks (or 2 sessions), whichever is earlier, from the date of program commencement, Student/Learner will forfeit 70% of the course fees and hence only 30% of the course fee is refundable
c. If the Student/Learner withdraws after two weeks (or after 2 sessions), whichever is earlier, from the date of program commencement, entire course fee is non-refundable
Other Points to be noted
All requests for Course withdrawal/cancellation need to be submitted in writing/email
This policy is applicable only during the entire tenure of the participant’s course engagement with MEE
All dues need to be settled before the Student/Learner can withdraw from the course / apply for cancellation
Fee Calculation is done till the date of completed withdrawal request. The student/learner shall be liable for all fee and other dues till this date
All issues and grievances need to be addressed only in writing/email to Venutre International
Communication: All communication by email needs to be addressed only to
‘’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment, Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.”
